[Chorus] This is the story of my youth, and of the crazy things I'd do. Got committed twice by the age of sixteen. Come with us and be the guinea pig. Verse: Inver Grove Heights is where I'm from. That's just south of St. Paul. The Mississippi flowed through my backyard, Till my family lost it all. Lost it all. Wouldn't be the first time, shouldn't be the last. Wouldn't be the first time, shouldn't be the last. Wouldn't be the worst time, shouldn't be the last. Couldn't be the first time, shouldn't be the last. Chorus Verse: Locked myself in a basement for years. Writing Stories and reading books. Waiting for the next speech to stop by. Stay inside and avoid the looks. Cause the neighbors all saw the cops, when they came to my house. Haven't met a nice policeman since the six who dragged me out. Come on son things can only get better from here. Come on son things can only get better from here. Chorus Verse: Lost my friends when they all found out that I wasn't like them. Changed my ways and the games that I played. Showed them sides that they'd never seen. Lost my friends when they all found out that I wasn't like them. Still remember flying over the city that killed, my innocence. Bridge: It goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. The memories, of all of you. It goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. The enemies, of all of you.

Verse: 3000 milligrams at midnight and he’ll be fine. He’ll be fine, He’ll be cured. 3000 times a day she thinks of all those paths that she’s denied. Another obstacle overcome, by telling one more lie. To you. Do you? [Chorus] And I know it’s hard to find some piece of mind when dreams resemble hell. It’s in your nature always finding ways to hurt me Jezebel. I know it’s hard to find some piece of mind when dreams resemble hell. It’s in your nature always finding ways to hurt me Jezebel. Refrain: Jezebel, Jezebel, and the dreams of hell. My lovely Jezebel. Verse: A lot of people call him crazy, lots of strangers call him friend. A lot of people count her absent, cause she’s never quite fits in. But they've found solace, found the place where they can hide and count their sins. Where no one’s coming out alive and no one else is getting in. Bridge: Do you think you mean a thing to him, or her? They live, alone inside a little world. Disturbed [Chorus]

Verse: We went out to breakfast then laid down to talk. You said that I should move out. I couldn't make that walk. I went a little crazy. You a little sane. I went and sat outside. You cam to ease the pain. Chorus: I'm missing you more than I thought I would. It's hard to explain it and I wish I could. So open your mind up and close your eyes. This is the story, this is the story, this is the story of our demise. Of our demise. Verse: I begged and I pleaded, tried for hours on end. You said your love was depleted and we had to be friends. You said you just couldn't do this. Said that this had to end. You went and sat in your bathroom tried your best to defend, your actions and your words, but the ring hollow in my world. Your actions and your words, they ring hollow in my world. Chorus: I'm missing you more than I thought I would. It's hard to explain it and I wish I could. So open your mind up and close your eyes. This is the story, this is the story, this is the story of our demise. Of our demise.

Sara Says 04:02
I look back and see everything everything. The wrong track tell me where should I go right now. You've forgot you're my everything everything. I can't take this I feel that I'm breaking down. Sara Says. I need some time to myself from this hell. I never meant to let you down. I'll put you up my my shelf for my health and maybe I'll come back around. I choose you over anyone anyone. Is it true that you've lost all your faith in me? I love you more than anyone ever could. If you looked it would not be so hard to see. Sara Says. I need some time to myself from this hell. I never meant to let you down. I'll put you up my my shelf for my health and maybe I'll come back around.

Erase the memories of days gone by. Rise to shine again then hide from the light. Keep the curtains drawn and watch TV. Tell me nothing’s wrong and I'll believe. Lay on the floor and watch the time go by. A shadow crawls across my bloodshot eyes. Show your soul to me I cannot see. Show me anything and I'll believe I'll believe, that everything is ending, everything is ending you'll see. Then you'll believe in me I can't control myself I must get high. Gather my chemicals and drown pills at night. And when I'm still awake a 8 AM. Then I have to start my day again. Lay on the floor and watch the time go by. A shadow crawls across my bloodshot eyes. Keep the curtains drawn and watch TV. Tell me nothing's wrong and I'll believe I'll believe, that everything is ending, everything is ending you'll see. Then you'll believe in me I get in my car and I drive to nowhere. Cause nowhere's where I want to go. Where it isn't my clothes, or the people I know. I get in my car and I drive to nowhere. Cause nowhere's where I want to go. Where it isn't my clothes, or the people I know. This is the reason the screaming have died. Because of the curtains they love to deny. Inside an apartment. Inside of a Shell. Inside of a suitcase. My personal Hell. Give some drugs to me and I'll survive for one more day. It's a shame that I am forced to live my life this way. Give some drugs to me and I'll survive for one more day.

Minus One 03:33
Intro: It's a boring story and I hate to sing about you. Cause here's a tale you don't deserve. I hope you choke on every word. Verse: Flashback, it's 2004. October 27th but I can't be sure. But either way I found you standing just outside your door. You were crying out your eyes so I asked what was wrong. You said that you were gonna kill yourself, I said that you shouldn't. I invited you to my house, said that I'd teach you how to write songs. [Chorus] It was you and me together getting high every night and we recorded every second just to keep us alive and the acoustic revolution was a bond that was thick as blood. It was you and me together getting high every night and we would jam on every instrument that we had in sight. But the acoustic revolution turned out better with minus one. Verse: Flashback, it's 2005. Remember when I saved your life the second time. I had you sent to safety and I even sent supplies. Booked you shows and said to work on the album. Which you did, for that I couldn't be prouder. Just so you know, she laughed when I played the tapes you sent. [Chorus] Verse: Flashback, it's 2006. We all moved up to Minneapolis. We both moved up to try to conjure up a start. What you found was another plan. Stole my girl, but I'm glad for that but you bailed, and that's what really made me sad. [Chorus] Bridge: I was waiting for the perfect time to come back and tell you, that it's people like the two of you who end up in hell. And I was waiting for the perfect time to come back and tell you that life is fine and that I'm writing well. I was waiting for the perfect time to come back and tell you, that it's people like the two of you who end up in hell. And I was waiting for the perfect time to come back and tell you that wife is fine and that we're living well.
